It always comes like a bit of a shock doesn’t it? Monday morning after a half term and everyone is tired and wondering where the week has gone? Its very important that kids have a good breakfast to face the day and our favourite is definitly a smoothie.
We tend to put in whatever we fancy or what we can find in the fridge. This morning we made it with Soya milk, hemp seeds, banana and also some blueberries.
