Vegan Pancakes


For the mixture you need:

200g Self raising flour

50ml Vegetable oil

2tsp Vanilla extract

Soyamilk (Enough to get the thickness you prefer. I know its not very specific but just keep on pouring in the milk until it feels right)

After everything is mixed well you should be able to pour it into the frying pan easily.

Cook on both sides until “golden”

Filling & Topping:

Lotus Biscoff Spread

Swedish Glace Vanilla Ice cream

Princes Black Cherry Fruit Filling


I spread the inside layers with Biscoff spread and topped it all with two scoops of vanilla ice cream and cherries. Delicious!
