Chia Energy Smoothie

You will need a food processor or blender, I use a Nutri Ninja, but similar will do. Just add all the ingredients and blitz it! Done!

1 Banana

10 Blueberries

8 Dried Apricot

1 tbs dried (soaked) Goji Berries

1 Handful of Spinach

1/4 of a Cucumber

4 Fresh Mint Leafs

Juice of 1/2 Lemon

1 tsp Raw Chia Seed

200ml Water
